My girlfriend and I stayed at this location for a couple of days last week due to its affordable pricing online. Overall, the experience reflected the cost. The room was outdated and had an unpleasant odor. The most positive aspect of our stay was the front desk associate, Quan, who assisted us during check-in. He provided excellent customer service, was highly attentive and demonstrated strong knowledge of his role. His friendly demeanor made our stay more comfortable and welcoming
I’ve been staying at this location consistently anytime I need a hotel. The staff are always nice and the rooms are reasonable whenever it comes to price cleanliness and accessibility the kitchenette is a very good feature and full-size fridge as well. A lot of the times whenever I’m coming in from out of town arriving after check-in hours or just need help with my keys Quan is always available. He’s never given me any hard time and is always been hospitable. I always look forward to my stays here haven’t changed locations since!
Staff at this location has been extremely helpful and courteous. We have been here a few weeks and have had 0 issues. LaQuan is fun and sweet and always greeting us as we walk in or if he sees us in the hallway. Very hospitable. I’ll definitely stay here again.
Jenny, Jesus & Will are friendly and amazing. Its always nice and quiet. Hotel is always kept clean. Jesus the maintenece guy is always busy keeping the place clean. Will, Jesus and Jenny are always super friendly and willing to help any way they can. Qune is also really good. And my fridge broke and within 30 mintues I had a new one they all are really on the ball, and treat the guest like family. I love them all
Jesus is A+. He provides impeccable customer service, always a smile/laugh and seems to be there at the right moment. Have lived here for 5 months or so until I find my place. Highly recommended for longer term stays as there is a stove, full size fridge, and microwave. The cleaning crew is also fantastic. Thank you all for everything you do to provide a welcoming environment.
Laquan has been extremely nice since I checked in and the staff has been awesome as well! laquan gave so much restaurant recommendations and the places he told me to go were Awesome. Great food
Quan was great at check in and he was so funny with great energy. He made me and my husband feel safe and right at home. Great location and I would definitely come back because of Quan. My husband was so astonished by his service
Been staying at this hotel during the week for work for about 2 years. Really have no complaints. The front desk agent Quan is always super helpful and nice. Each room has a full size fridge and stove top burners which is nice to be able to cook my own food and not have to eat out all the time.
